Community Family Services is a licensed outpatient treatment center dedicated to meeting the needs of individuals, families, and communities throughout Arizona. Each individual who comes to us for treatment has their own specific set of needs and areas of opportunity. All treatment plans are customized to ensure that members obtain the care they need and deserve.

Our Goals
CFS Goals for all members include creating individualized treatment plans to meet the unique goals of each client, individualized care, assistance with daily management, social and emotional support, linkage to clinical care, community support, and ongoing individual support, extended over time.

Home & Community-Based Programs!
In the classroom, or out the community, our members enjoy time with staff members through activities that are centered around forming relationships. Through our hands-on community-based approach, we are able to explore and support local resources.
